Concealed Carry Training - Day One ($125.00)
This program is a good choice for those students who do not have the prior credits allowing them to only take the final 8 hours Illinois training program. During this program students learn:
At the conclusion of this program you not only receive a certificate which allows you to take 8 hours credit towards the Illinois concealed carry training requirements. This training will also allow you to apply for various out-of-state permits. |
Concealed Carry Training - Day Two ($125.00)
This program must be taken by all applicants. During this training students:
Students are required to pass a range certification which involves firing 30 rounds from distances of 5, 7 and 10 yards at a silhouette target. 70% of those rounds must strike the target. |
Students should not bring any firearms or ammunition into the classroom
Ammunition and firearms are provided for an additional fee (please speak to your instructor for pricing). If you to prefer to bring your own firearm and ammunition you are certainly welcome to do so. Please remember to bring your own eye and ear protection this is mandatory on the range.
At the close of this program we will provide you with the necessary documents used to apply for your permit.
Listed below are the Illinois Concealed Carry applicant requirements:
1. Must be 21 years of age.
2. Have a valid FOID Card (not required for out-of-state residents)
3. Have not been convicted or found guilty in Illinois or any other state of:

- A misdemeanor involving the use or threat of physical force or violence to any person in the last 5 years
- Two or more violations related to driving while under the influence of alcohol, other drug or drugs, intoxicating compound or compounds in the past 5 years
- Not subject of a pending arrest warrant, prosecution or proceeding that would lead to a disqualification.
- Not been in a residential or court ordered treatment for alcoholism, alcohol detoxification, drug treatment within the past 5 years.
- Have 5 or more arrests for any reason entered in the Criminal History Record Information(CHRI) System within seven years prior to the application
- Three or more arrest for gang related offenses within seven years prior to the application
